Resident project design for a family which a married couple with 4 childrens and their parents. Owner is a nature lover, therefore the idea of overall material and color selection choosen as "close to nature" with earth tone. Concept which is in modern contemporary. Modern contemporary design concept applied on living room. Veneer wood crown cut wall finished can be seen once enter foyer and continue to living room. Full height display shelves as feature wall in the double volume space. Living room was create a serene spacing and enjoy the view and sunlight bringing in from 2-storey windows.
AV room located center between living room and dining room. AV room is the only entertaiment area in ground floor, intend for watch movie, karaoke or open up as lounge area. Wall finished in acoustic panel with beading frame to make a simple wall feature and cozy space. Red wine velvet sofa as a highlighted between 2 wine rack shelves.

Dining area and dry kitchen is connected on the left from entrance.Black strip wallpaper finishes and laminate wood ceiling panel as the highlight of the whole area. Lower down dry kitchen area’s ceiling for 3Di Air flow ceiling mouted duct and kitchen moisture control ceiling mouted cassette. Island finished with White Emperador Marble to soften the overall earth tone concept, also applied chevron timber floor finished on dry kitchen with brass inlay. Wet kitchen design in U-shape layout. Using grey emperador marble as counter top and backsplash. Conceal lighting to highlight on the marble slab. Feature in tropical wall covering on the windows side, as the first impression when enter to the space.

Master bedroom 02 and walk in closet located on first floor. Banquette seat along windows side welcoming when enter to the room. Bed head wall design in arch frame with beige velvet wall padding and bronze mirror as to create depth of width. While in the closet, cabinet door in bronze glass. Raise up floor for seating and side table as a center point in the closet.
